We will only exchange defective (unused) merchandise within 15 days from the shipping date accompanied with the invoice. For all other "unused" returns, we do exchanges for store credit only. All contents and merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was sent.
A 15% restocking fee (less S&H) will be charged on your credit card for any returned or refused packages.
