We will only exchange defective (unused) merchandise within 7 days from the shipping date accompanied with invoice.

 

For all other "unused" returns, we do exchanges for store credit only. All contents and merchandise must be returned in the same condition it were sent.

 

For exchanged items we do not cover shipping and handling unless we are in error.
